Tom Gardner founded Bright Skills Consulting in 2024. He has worked in the learning and development field for over 25 years, with companies like Arizona Public Service, Pearson Education, University of Phoenix Online, American Express, Arizona's Department of Health Services, and the University of Nebraska's Division of Continuing Studies.

He started out in the classroom as a middle school science teacher before taking on various instructional designer roles in the higher ed, government, and corporate sectors. Learning and development is his passion. His hobbies include biking, hiking, running, traveling, gardening, and learning new things.
